At approximately 6:48 pm on the evening of May 21st, 2011.... Charlotte Lucille Sawyer, through months of time and dedication to her sport of paci sucking... accomplished a nearly incredible feat. The successfully achieved the Double Paci Maneuver.
It has rarely been accomplished by anyone, probably never by one so young. When asked about her achievement, Charlotte had no comment.
